Ron and his wife JoAnn are celebrating their 20th year, owning and operating Travel Leaders, a full service Travel Agency in Paoli. A recent Chester County Life magazine article quotes “The Bridges are masterful entrepreneurs, and have built a thriving business through personal service and commitment to pleasurable and memorable vacations, together with meticulously detailed corporate travel programs”.

Ron & JoAnn, along with their staff of 6, are very will traveled, having visited most major countries in Europe, along with Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, Australia, New Zealand, French Polynesia and many U.S. destinations.

The Bridge’s roots stem from many years of Corporate Travel, which now represents 50% of their business mix, and also includes Meeting and Conference Planning, Executive Retreats and Incentive Travel.

Approximately 20% of their business is Group Travel, whether it be company events, or affinity groups. In some cases, Ron and JoAnn have escorted and/or have been on site to ensure a successful event.

Ron is embarking on a new venture ---- Golf packages to Spain. Over the years, the agency has sold many Golf Vacations – all over the world. Having recently visited and golfed in Spain, Ron has formed a strong partnership with the Spanish Tourist Board, along with many of Spain’s top golf courses and resorts.
